How to delete a page/template?
This guide will help you delete a page or template created in EComposer when it is no longer needed. Please follow each step carefully to ensure the correct item is removed.
1. Remove a Standard/Landing page
Option 1: Remove the page from the EComposer dashboard
- From your Shopify admin, open Apps > EComposer Builder.
- Go to Pages & Templates.
- Select the Landing & Pages tab.
- Find the page you want to delete.
- Click the More button
...next to that page. - Choose Remove to delete the page.

Option 2: Remove the page from the Page Navigator
You can also delete the page directly from the page editor.
Open the Page Navigator, then go to Pages. Find the page you want to remove, click the Delete icon, and confirm the action to delete the page.

2. Remove a Template such as Homepage, Product, Collection, Blog, etc.
The steps are similar for all template types, including Homepage, Product, Collection, Blog, and other templates.
Option 1: Remove the template from the EComposer dashboard
- From your Shopify admin, open Apps > EComposer Builder.
- Go to Pages & Templates.
- Select the template type you want to remove, such as Home, Product, Collections, Blogs, or another relevant tab.
- Find the template you want to delete.
- Click the More button
...next to that template. - Choose Remove to delete the template.
For example, if you want to remove a product template, open the Product tab, find the template, click the More button ..., and select Remove.

Option 2: Remove the template from the Page Navigator
You can also delete the template directly from the editor.
Open the Page Navigator, then select the template type you want to manage. Find the template you want to remove, click the Delete icon, and confirm the action to delete it.

Notice: Default templates cannot be removed. A default template is the template currently assigned to all products, all collections, or used to replace the Shopify default homepage. You will see a Default tag next to the template name.

To remove it, you need to restore the Shopify default template first.
Open Pages & Templates -> Products -> Click Restore on the Shopify default page.

3. Restore Ecomposer pages
