What happens if you deactivate/close your store?

In case you deactivate/close your store, we will remove all pages/templates you created in our app after 30 days from when you deactivate/close it. You can follow this document to restore your pages from the Trash when you activate/reopen it again.

To avoid losing pages/templates due to closing the store for too long, you should export pages/templates and store them in your local

Your plan remains activated, you just won’t have to pay during the time you deactivate your store.
