Okendo: Reviews Integration
Integrating Okendo – a leading product review and customer loyalty management platform – into EComposer is a strategic move, helping Shopify developers and store owners enhance the shopping experience, build brand trust, and drive sales.
1. How to install the Okendo: Reviews & Loyalty app?
- To use this extension, please install the Okendo: Reviews & Loyalty app from your Shopify store first.
After adding the app on Shopify, please go back to the extension in EComposer App to open the Extension popup, there are two options for you to open it such as:
- Click on the Extensions button in the top left corner.
- Click on the Elements button, under the Extension tab, and click Add more.
In the last stage that we have to do to complete all the adding steps, now you can search Okendo: Reviews –> click on the “Install now” button to install it
Notice: This extension does’t work with EComposer section builder.
2. How to make the Okendo: Reviews & Loyalty show on page?
Notice: This feature only works on the live page
- Go to Shopify admin > Online Store > Theme > Customize.
- Open the App Embed tab.
- Turn on the Customer Referral app and click the Save button.
- You can design for your form.
You can configure Response Form
Or On-site displays
- Adding the Okendo: Reviews & Loyalty extension to EComposer’s page.
- Step 1: On the EComposer page, drag & drop Okendo: Reviews extension
- Step 2: Select the Okendo Reviews you want to display
- Step 3: Save & Publish page
Notice: You must select a product if this is not a product page
Result on the live page (For example: Reviews Widget)
