1. How to install Nitro Upsell & Cross Sell – Shoppable Video extension?

To use this extension, please install the Nitro Upsell & Cross‑Sell app from your Shopify store first.

After installing the app and creating your video, follow the steps below to install the Nitro Upsell & Cross Sell – Shoppable Video extension:

Step 1: From your EComposer dashboard, go to CRO Extensions from the left sidebar menu.
Step 2: Search for the Nitro Upsell & Cross Sell ‑ Shoppable Video extension.
Step 3: Click Details and install the extension on your store.

Notice: The Nitro Shoppable Video extension is available and can be used on all page types in EComposer.

2. How to display Nitro Shoppable Video on your EComposer page?

This section explains how to enable Nitro Shoppable Video in Shopify and display your shoppable video on an EComposer page. Follow the steps below to complete the setup and make the video available on your storefront.

Step 1: Go to Shopify admin > Online Store > Edit theme to open the theme editor.

Step 2: Open the App Embeds tab, search for Shoppable Video, and enable the Shoppable Video app embed from Nitro Upsell & Cross-Sell.

Step 3: Open Nitro Upsell & Cross-Sell in your Shopify admin, then navigate to Shoppable Video.

Step 4: Click Create gallery to create a new Shoppable Video gallery, or select an existing gallery from the list.

Step 5: In the EComposer editor, drag and drop the Nitro Upsell & Cross Sell – Shoppable Videos extension onto your page, enter the Gallery ID of the Shoppable Video gallery you created in EcomRise, then click Save and Publish to display the gallery on your live storefront.

Notice: Shoppable Video is displayed on the live storefront. Make sure the Nitro app and its Shoppable Video feature are properly enabled before adding it to your EComposer page.
