BLOY Loyalty Rewards is designed to display customer loyalty information such as points, rewards, and membership status directly on your storefront, helping you enhance customer engagement and encourage repeat purchases. The integration in EComposer allows you to easily add this widget to any page built with EComposer, making it more convenient to use BLOY features across your custom-designed pages without additional coding.

1. How to install the BLOY Loyalty Rewards extension

Step 1: To use this extension, please install the Bloy Loyalty app from your Shopify store first.

Step 2: From your EComposer dashboard, go to CRO Extensions from the left sidebar menu.

Step 3: Search for the BLOY Loyalty Rewards extension.

Step 4: Click Details and install the extension on your store.

2. Add the Extension to your page & Customize it

Step 1: Go to the Shopify admin, open the Bloy Loyalty app, and configure the Rewards first. In this case, you should set Ways to earn and Ways to redeem.

Step 2: Back to the EComposer editor and drag and drop the extension into the desired spot. Open the Extensions tab from the left sidebar, then find the BLOY Loyalty Rewards extension from the installed extensions list and drag it into your desired position on the page. After adding it successfully, you can start customizing the extension settings.

Step 3: For more settings, you can access the EComposer’s template from the Theme’s editor and edit the BLOY widget block.

To access the EComposer’s template from the Theme’s editor, you need to go to Products -> ecom-template-slug.

From the EComposer’s editor, click on the Publish button in the top right corner; the popup will be shown so you can see the Template Slug.

The template slug on this page is add-to-cart, so in the theme, you need to find the template that has the name: ecom-add-to-cart.

Inside the Theme page, find the BLOY block and configure the settings that you want.

To earn points, your customer first needs to sign up/sign in to your store, then follow the rewards instructions from the BLOY app here:

Click on the Reward button in the bottom right corner:

Click Earn points to find out all the ways to earn points.

You will see all the ways to earn points here, as well as the one that is done successfully.

You can also see the point total that you’ve earned.

To show the point on the EComposer page, you need to choose the Your Balance option in the BLOY Loyalty Rewards extension settings inside EComposer:

The result will be shown on the live site:

Note: If the extension does not show the result on the live site, you should try to add the app block of BLOY to the Product Default Template in your theme to test. If it doesn’t show as well, you need to contact BLOY Loyalty Rewards support team for further help.
