Track123 – Order Tracking Upsell is a powerful order tracking app. Designed to enhance the customer experience, Track123 enables Shopify store owners to provide real-time tracking information to their customers, ensuring transparency and reducing inquiries about order statuses.
Now integrated into EComposer as an extension, merchants can now check the order tracking seamlessly within the app.
Notice: This feature only works on the live sites of the Landing page and Homepage.
1. How to install Track123 Order Tracking Upsell app?
After adding the app on Shopify, please go back to the extension in EComposer App to open the Extension popup, there are two options for you to open it such as:
Click on the Extension icon at the top left corner.
Under the Extension tab, click Add more.

In the last stage that we have to do to complete all the adding steps, now you can search Track123 – Order tracking –> click on the “Install now” button to install it
2. Adding the Track123 – Order tracking extension in EComposer
Step 1: Drag and drop the Track123 extension to the position you want.
Step 2: Configure the extension using settings like Search by(Order ID, tracking ID, and more..), there is also Date and Time Format along with lists of information to show.
Step 3: After this, we need to publish the page. On the live site, we paste the Order ID or the preferred Search by setting that we have copied from the Orders tab to view the order tracking.
